Aaliyah is a dancer in Workshop Houston’s Dance Shop. She describes the impact Workshop has had in her life, and how she has become more comfortable working with other people.
Dance can help me accomplish more in the future, and get a scholarship. The people at Workshop are open to anybody that is unique and different, basically anybody. Workshop has made me a better person in general. Now that I am here it gives me a peaceful mind, I can be gentle and not mean.
